Trading Risk Disclosure
Customer understands and acknowledges that trading securities, commodities, futures, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. Losses may exceed initial capital.
Past performance, whether actual or simulated, is not necessarily indicative of future results.
TruTrade LLC does not guarantee profits, trading success, or financial outcomes.
Software Use
TruTrade LLC makes no representations or guarantees regarding the performance or suitability of the Licensed Software.
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the software is appropriate for their trading activities.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify TruTrade LLC, including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates, against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the use of TruTrade software or services.
Confidentiality
All software, systems, strategies, and proprietary materials provided by TruTrade LLC are confidential and proprietary.
Customers are strictly prohibited from:
copying the software
distributing the software
sharing access to the software
transmitting proprietary materials
Any violation may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
TruTrade LLC reserves the right to terminate services at any time if these terms are violated.
