    After signing up, you’ll receive an email confirming that your membership is pending approval.

  3. Account Approved:
    Once approved, you’ll receive another email stating your membership is active. This email will include:

    • A link to access our User & Training videos

    • A link to submit a support ticket if needed

  4. Log In & Get Started:
    You can now log into your account to:

    • Watch How To Videos videos to assist you if needed

    • Submit a support request for any technical or setup assistance
