TRUTRADE LIMITED MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Overview

TruTrade LLC (“TruTrade”) offers a Limited Money-Back Guarantee on eligible software purchases made in combination with QuickFund Services. This guarantee is designed to support customers through the proprietary trading firm evaluation process.

Limited Money-Back Guarantee

Subject to the terms and conditions outlined below, if the customer is not funded at the agreed-upon level by the third-party proprietary trading firm within thirty (30) trading days from the Guarantee Start Date, the customer may be eligible for a refund of the purchase price paid for the TruTrade software package and QuickFund Services.

Eligible evaluation account reset fees may also be reimbursed or credited, subject to verification and compliance with this Agreement.

Guarantee Start Date

The Guarantee Start Date is defined as the date the first trade is placed on the customer’s proprietary trading firm evaluation account.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Limited Money-Back Guarantee, the customer must:

  • Purchase a TruTrade software package bundled with QuickFund Capital Access Services

  • Actively participate in the proprietary trading firm evaluation process; however, the QuickFund services do all the heavy lifting

  • Maintain an active evaluation account in good standing

Individual Use Only

This guarantee applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Purchasing on behalf of others

  • Sharing software access or account credentials

  • Pooling funds or participating in group arrangements

  • Using multiple individuals under a single purchase

Violation of these terms may result in termination of services and voiding of the guarantee.

Good Faith Participation

Customers must participate in the evaluation process in good faith.

 

The guarantee will be void if TruTrade determines that the customer:

  • Attempts to manipulate or bypass evaluation requirements

TruTrade reserves the right to review account activity and evaluation records to determine compliance.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing any requested information

  • Maintaining an active and compliant evaluation account

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in ineligibility for the guarantee.

Evaluation Account Resets

If an evaluation account reaches its maximum drawdown or fails to meet the required criteria, the customer must reset the account within 24 hours to continue the evaluation process.

Failure to do so may void the guarantee.

Reset Fees

Customers are responsible for all evaluation account reset fees required by the proprietary trading firm.

TruTrade does not pay these fees in advance.

Reset Fee Reimbursement

Eligible reset fees may be reimbursed or credited if the customer successfully meets the funding requirements, subject to verification and proof of payment.

Limitations of Guarantee

This Limited Money-Back Guarantee applies only to:

  • The purchase price of TruTrade software bundled with QuickFund Services

  • Eligible evaluation account reset fees

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Trading losses

  • Brokerage or platform fees

  • Proprietary firm fees

  • Market-related losses

  • Any third-party expenses

Important Disclosure

This Limited Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the evaluation funding process conducted by third-party proprietary trading firms.

TruTrade does not guarantee trading performance, profits, or financial outcomes.

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all individuals.

Verification & Final Determination

TruTrade reserves the right to:

  • Verify all customer activity and compliance

  • Request documentation

  • Determine eligibility for the guarantee at its sole discretion
