RipperOne AI Limited Money-Back Guarantee

TruTrade, LLC (“TruTrade”) offers a Limited Money-Back Guarantee on the full purchase price paid by the customer (“Customer”) for the RipperOne AI and QuickFund Services.

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth below, if the proprietary funding firm evaluating Customer’s account does not fund the Customer’s account/s at the agreed-upon level within thirty (30) calendar days from the Limited Money-Back Guarantee Start Date, TruTrade will refund the entire purchase price of the RipperOne AI and QuickFund Services, as well as any evaluation account reset fees paid by the Customer resulting from the failed evaluation period.

Terms & Conditions

1. Start Date
   The Limited Money-Back Guarantee Start Date shall be the date of the first trade placed on the Customer’s Prop Evaluation Account.
2. Eligibility
   To qualify for this Guarantee, the Customer must purchase the RipperOne AI bundled with QuickFund Services and pay the full purchase price at the time of purchase.
3. Customer Cooperation
   The Customer agrees to:
   
   • Provide all information requested by the prop firm in a timely manner.
4. Evaluation Resets
   If the evaluation account fails to meet the required results and reaches the maximum drawdown limit, the Customer must reset the evaluation account within twenty-four (24) hours.
5. Reset Fees
   
   • The Customer is solely responsible for paying all evaluation account reset fees.
   • The Customer acknowledges that multiple evaluation attempts may be 
   • required and that TruTrade is prohibited from paying reset fees on the Customer’s behalf.
   • Failure to timely reset or pay reset fees immediately voids this Guarantee.
6. Reset Fee Credits
   TruTrade agrees to credit the Customer for any reset fees incurred, provided that the Customer’s prop account is ultimately funded. Upon submission of proof of payment, such fees will be credited toward future RipperOne AI service fees after funding is achieved.

Limitations

• This Limited Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the purchase price of the RipperOne AI and QuickFund Services and evaluation reset fees as outlined above.
• TruTrade reserves the right to determine compliance with these terms at its sole discretion.
