TruTrade software is compatible with supported proprietary trading firms. Funding decisions, account approvals, evaluation requirements, payouts, and account terms are determined solely by the selected proprietary trading firm.

Third-Party Proprietary Trading Firms

 

TruTrade is an independent software technology company that develops and licenses trading software and related technology services. TruTrade is not a proprietary trading firm and does not act as an agent, broker, representative, fiduciary, partner, intermediary, employee, or contractor of any third-party proprietary trading firm (“Prop Firm”).

TruTrade is not affiliated with, owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any Prop Firm. TruTrade has no ownership interest in, partnership with, or financial relationship with any Prop Firm and does not receive any portion of a trader’s profits, payouts, evaluation fees, or other compensation from any Prop Firm.

Any decision to open, maintain, or use an account with a Prop Firm is made solely by the individual trader. All account applications, evaluations, funding decisions, payouts, account restrictions, trading rules, policies, terms of service, and business practices are established and administered solely by the applicable Prop Firm.

TruTrade does not control and cannot guarantee account approvals, evaluation results, funding decisions, payout eligibility, payout timing, continued business operations, financial stability, technology availability, regulatory compliance, or the policies and practices of any Prop Firm. Prop Firms may modify their rules, requirements, supported platforms, products, services, or business operations at any time, with or without notice.

Any relationship, agreement, transaction, communication, or dispute involving a Prop Firm exists solely between the trader and the applicable Prop Firm. The rights, obligations, limitations of liability, and other legal terms governing TruTrade’s software and services are set forth in the applicable customer agreements executed at the time of purchase.

Customer Selection Of Proprietary Trading Firm

 

The selection of any compatible proprietary trading firm is made solely by the individual trader. Traders are free to choose any compatible proprietary trading firm and are under no obligation to use any particular firm. TruTrade does not require, recommend, direct, or control the selection of any proprietary trading firm.

Compatible proprietary trading firms may be added to, removed from, or modified by TruTrade from time to time as software compatibility and supported integrations change. Compatibility with TruTrade software does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, or approval of any proprietary trading firm.
